I was over-the-moon chuffed, tickled to the fuchsia toenails to have my very first recipe accepted for publication in BC Living, a lovely online magazine that I read while I’m supposed to be doing other things.
I’ve published magazine articles before but for some reason that thrill was absolutely nothing compared to having someone else believe that their readers would be interested in making my recipe. The hair is standing up on my arms just writing about it!
If you’d like to have a look at my little victory and a delectable gluten-free brunch turn if I do say so, you can check it out here. I know BC Living would love it, and I would as well if you left a comment underneath and/or hit ‘Like’ and shared the post on Facebook. Wishing you your own thrilling small victory on this Monday.

Way to go, Jasmine! I’m going over there now to give that fabulous recipe much deserved props.
I’m “anonymous!” Not sure how that happened, but I’m your mystery fan. Cheers!
